Malambo Workshop

Argentina Independence Day is on 9th of July. In honor of this holiday
Patricia will be teaching an Argentine Folk Dance called Malambo.
Malambo is an Individual Dance performed regularly by man, few times by
women, who executes footwork taps. It has its roots in the Spanish
Flamenco Zapateo and it appears in
the most of the Folkloric Dances of Argentina sometimes executed by
women as well.

COOL INTERNATIONAL

Every other week, we will work on and develop routines for two families
of international dances -
This summer (2009), we will focus on Waltz (both Slow and Viennese) and
Samba.
No partner required, but best for those with at least some previous
experience.
